Turkey Bowl

The 'missionary committee' at the Boise State Institute decided to throw a "Turkey Bowl!"
It wasn't well announced, so there wasn't a large scale attendance, but the chili was delicious, and the hot coco was warm, so that's all that really matters right?! The guys and a couple of girls played the game, I video'd it. And took some pictures. It was enjoyable. I was more prepared than most, sporting my winter coat and snow pants. But had I not worm those I might have hated my life for those few short hours. (Very wet and muddy out). Shawn (who was in town for Thanksgiving week (American)), James and I took a picture next to good ole Abraham after the Turkey Bowl was over. P.S. Me and two other girls were standing watching the game when we heard the Lion at the Zoo roaring, it was funny and neat all at the same time.
James And I Brought the GRILL ( the same from the parade).
Me n' Abe (Precious!)
P.P.S. The football came flying into the pavilion at one point, hit a bowl of chili, and splattered ALL over everyone!

Late: Easter 2010

This was from Easter 2010, I know it's late ... but that's o.k. I do have more photos, so for those to whom it would concern, if you would like some, I can send them to you.
The discovery of the taste of dirt...
Rub Rub Rub
Water up the arm, gotta get all clean.
Hmm...Soap.
...now it's all over the mirror. Didn't see that coming.

Bridal Shower 2008

I found a couple photos from my Bridal shower (back in 2008) that I thought I would share. The rest of the photos I think are logged on my mothers computer, but here are the few that I have.

New Hair and Halloween!

HAPPY HALLOWEEN!!! James and I had a double ward party this year. Both the married wards got together on Friday night and had a pumpkin carving contest, Costume contest, and a dance! James had class at the time, but we went as soon as he got out. We missed the costume contest and everyone was like, "You should have come earlier, you would have won!" That made me feel good, and everyone kept saying how awesome me looked so that made me feel awesome too! This was first year in a long time that I didn't make my own costume, so I wasn't sure if it would be anything spectacular. But it was! We're a pretty awesome Shrek and Fiona. It's probably because we have similar personalities to them. I also got my hair re-done on Wednesday! I've been contemplating bangs for some time now, and I think I pull them off pretty well. I hadn't gotten them before because I have an outrageous cowlick, but I can make it look like I don't have one. It takes a little bit of time each morning, but it's worth it. I really like them! Plus I got a dark brown underneath, it isn't too noticeable, but next time perhaps I will make it more so. I haven't quite decided yet.
