Meal Plan

I’ve been wanting to create a Monthly, or weekly meal plan for myself so that when James and I return to School this fall I won’t have to stress over dinner! Plus it would save us tons of money to use food we have, and to buy food specific for what we are going to need for that week. I mean, that way you wouldn’t have food going bad and you wouldn’t have to magically create something out of thin air with sour cream? Because It’s going to expire, Yesterday!!! (If it already hasn’t).

Anyways, I decided to find and think of at least 5 weeks of dinners! Which makes me very excited! I started it today and have approximately 3 ¼ weeks completed now. And the great thing is that All of my Dinners are either, Slow cooker meals, so that I can leave for school and come home to a fantastic smelling apartment. Easy Quick meals, which there aren’t too many of, but they are quick and of course Easy! And pre-prepared meals, that I can make and put in my freezer on Sunday and come back to it in the middle of the week to just slide it into the oven! It just makes it easier for James and I by doing it this way.

Plus we should be able to get plenty of leftovers for lunches from these meals! That way we aren’t buying too many of those quick lunch pre-packaged meals at the store that cost $ Money.
I’m just super excited and super ready to get school going and this step I took today will reduce stress and costs while we attend school.

HOORAY!

MOXIE Recipe

Last night, while out on our date (due to the fact that is was date night) we were sitting in the backseat of the vehicle we were in and I said to James,
"Honey, you look masculine, you feel masculine (as I felt his over 20in. bicep), you (sniff) smell masculine, and you (lick!) taste like clothing."
Ha ha it was funny. Best Quote of the week for me.

We also tried out a new recipe that is to die for!
It is the "Moxie's" White chocolate Brownie. And for those of you who do not know, Moxie's is a new-age restaurant thing up here, P.S. They have a fire-place, T.V. and cushioned seats in front of the mirror in the bathroom there, it's almost like a club, but restaurant style, it's sweet! But yeah, that brownie is AMAZING! And we have the recipe! Whoot!

I am indecisive if I should share this with you or not....I mean, how are we supposed to get people to hang out with us if THEY know how to make this amazing dessert as well? Hmm...
Well...Since I am such a nice person, I'll do it! But it's only because I sincerely care about each of you so much!

MOXIE Recipe:

1/2 cup butter
6oz. white baking chocolate
3/4 cup white sugar
3/4 cup brown sugar
3 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1 1/2 tsp vanilla

2 tsp baking powder
2 cups flour
1/2 tsp salt
2/3 milk chocolate chips
2/3 white chocolate chips

Melt butter and while chocolate (baking) in microwave on low heat. Let cool. Mix by hand:sugar, eggs, milk and vanilla. Add the cooled butter and white chocolate. Add dry ingredients. Pour into a 9 x 13 pan and bake at 350*F for 30-35 minutes or until middle is set.

Chocolate Sauce:
1 cup milk chocolate chips
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup evaporated milk
1 tbsp butter
Melt and mix together in saucepan.

Cut brownies into squares. Put one scoop of ice cream on top. Add Whipped cream and drizzle chocolate over it!

And that is the secret recipe of the Moxie's White Chocolate brownie!
ENJOY!
Love Always,
